Dental anomalies represent developmental variations that affect the number, size, shape, structure, or eruption of teeth. While some anomalies are primarily aesthetic, others significantly influence oral function, occlusion, restorative treatment, and long-term oral health. Among these conditions, Molar Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH) has become one of the most researched developmental enamel defects due to its increasing clinical recognition and complex management challenges.
